THE PROBLEM
What's really happening in your organization
When organizations go through major change, the project plan gets funded and the technology gets implemented. The psychological impact on the workforce gets managed — usually too late, or not at all.
AI anxiety & tech disruption
Employees fear obsolescence but have no space to voice it. Anxiety turns inward - into disengagement and cognitive shutdown.
Layoffs & defensive stagnation
Even survivors of restructuring are affected. Guilt, fear, and loss of psychological safety can reduce discretionary effort by up to 30%.
Org changes & leadership shifts
Unclear mandates and shifting priorities make chronic uncertainty the new working condition - a direct pathway to burnout.

Burnout is no longer a personal wellbeing issue. It is a structural performance risk.

THE PROGRAM
A structured program for the complexity of real organizational change
Three phases. Each can stand alone or flow into the next, depending on where your organization is in the change cycle.
Phase 1
Sense & Map
Understanding where your people really are
We start by listening - not with surveys, but with structured, confidential 1:1 interviews across key functions. We surface what dashboards miss: unspoken fears, trust deficits, and early burnout signals. Existing HR data or Job-Stress-Analysis results are integrated where available.
Deliverable: Change Fatigue Risk Map - visual diagnostic mapped to CMRP Blueprint™ stages with prioritized risk signals by team, function or level.
Phase 2
Design & Prioritize
A roadmap built for your reality
Based on diagnostic findings, we design a tailored intervention roadmap. We identify which teams need immediate support, which managers need enablement, and what structural changes reduce burnout risk most efficiently. Presented directly to HR or C-suite with clear priorities and sequencing. Aligned with ISO 45003:2021 psychosocial risk management guidelines.

Deliverable: Intervention Roadmap - prioritized action plan with timeline and mapping to CMRP Blueprint™ phases, ready for board-level presentation.

BUSINESS CASE
The ROI of acting before the crisis
For every $1 invested in workplace mental health prevention, organizations see an average return of $5 in improved productivity and cost savings.
1. Protecting transformation ROI
When people are in defensive stagnation, adoption of new tools slows significantly. Addressing change fatigue protects the return on your transformation investment.
2. Reducing absenteeism
Burnout-related absences last months, not days. Each long-term leave puts additional stress on the remaining team, creating a domino effect.
3. Retaining key talent
Replacing a mid-level specialist costs 50–200% of their annual salary. By the time someone resigns, they have been "Becoming Unwell" for months.
4. Strengthening employer brand
In 2026, top talent selects organizations based on psychological safety. Managing the human side of change builds a reputation that attracts high performers.
CMRP Blueprint™
To Protect the Asset
To Stop the Bleeding
To Minimize Loss
To Build Future Resilience
This is Career Momentum's only program that activates all four stages of the CMRP Blueprint™. Most services address one or two stages. The Change Fatigue and Burnout Prevention Program is designed to run alongside your transformation from start to finish - covering the full arc from Well to Recovering.

The distance between 'Well' and 'Unwell' is a silent gap filled with unspoken stress. The Change Fatigue and Burnout Prevention Program bridges this gap across the entire organization, not just for individuals.
